009: SigTalks – Moving Out of Mediocrity

With your host, Dr. Carey Pabouet-Sigafoose.

The best part of having this podcast it creating fun and interesting shows. So today I am mixing things up a little bit and I am going to talk to you at the beginning instead of my usual comment section at the end, because what I have brought you today is one of my fathers entire phone consultations and well it speaks for itself.

Dr. Sigafoose shares with his clients the importance of, well not being mediocre. So for this episode it is recommended that you get a pad of paper and a pen and take notes.

Today I find myself in McKinney, Texas. I came here for a 4 day master mind session to put the finishing touches on the Sigafoose.com site and to plan our launch event. While being here, I thought I would take the time to share a clip with my friend Chris Burfield and to see what he gets from Dr. Sigafoose’s talk.

As usual Dr. Sigafoose delivers an incredible performance. Sigafoose at Red Deer is a 4 audio set, covering 5 hours of chiropractic history, principle and philosophy. The clip that you just listened to is approximately 22 minutes of Dr. Sig, covering the history of chiropractics amazing birth.

Our Most Listened To Episode EVER!

In this Episode of SigTalks, we have a candid talk with Patricia Sigafoose herself. Not only discussing about this weeks clip from,”10 Hours With Sigafoose,” but also why she thinks this was Dr. Sig’s most famous Audio Series EVER. So join us for a spell, while we learn, laugh and cry.

Think about what Dr. Sigafoose said for just one second. “99.99% of where we end up is from what we think – say – and DO.” That is worth saying again – 99.99% of where we end up is from what we think – say – and DO! We have to bring it into life by forming it in our thoughts FIRST! Most people talk more about what they don’t like or want — then what they DO. By accepting something before we get it we attract to ourselves as much as anything as we embody from within.

We will always draw to ourselves just what we are. So it is incredibly important to work on what we do have. We all need to start somewhere, so we must start from within first. See what Dr. Sigafoose is saying here? He is saying if we surround ourselves and fill our thoughts with hateful, angry, sad people that only hang out with the same, then that is what we are going to draw to ourselves. Have you ever heard of someone who people say has a golden spoon in their mouth or conversely what about the person who says – this is my lot in life I will never be or have any more then my parents because of the fact I live in the slums or a poor environment or what ever or where ever. It is what we fill ourselves with and surround ourselves with — that is the utmost important.

Are physical properties all that matter? Does the educated mind have to be correct in everything? Innate comes from above down and inside out in spite of and not because of all of our subdivisions.

It is abstract – it is sexless – How broad is innate – Innate contains all of our knowledge that we do not know. – Some allow innate to contact them while others ignore and choose to rely solely on there educated mind –Innate never sleeps – It is a unit of intelligence in our bodies. More life and healing takes place while we sleep because innate does not have to deal with the educated mind.

Innate is life – it hears the baby cry and smells the smoke to wake us in an emergency. Innate is the alarm clock that wakes us without the alarm.

“Throughout the ages, men and women have searched for an Aladdin’s lamp; a modus operandi that would guarantee a consistently high level of success, in everything they wanted to do. A method that would ensure personal happiness; a simple way to make all hopes and dreams come true.”

–Dr. James Sigafoose

First and four most I would like to say thank you for taking the time to listen to this pod cast, because without you there would be no reason to do it. There is not much that my father did not do that he wanted to do. There is not much that he did not do that he said he would do.

It took years of incredibly hard work for my father to achieve the amount of success he achieved. In the beginning I would have to say that he did not have Balance, it was 100% ok well 200% the office and that was it. Period. So everything on this phone consultation is from experience and from the heart.

What an amazing talk! This was taped live in New Orleans and is approximately 2 and half hours long. I know we only listen to a portion of each of my fathers talks, but each clip that we review is filled with so much information, that it would literally take us a life time to get through each one. LOL So let’s just dive into this one.

So – welcome to our first full discussion on SigTalks. First I would like to talk about what the show is about and how the format of the show works. SigTalks is about a lifetime of work by Dr. James Sigafoose, all of his audios, videos, speaking engagements, telephone conference, writings’ and how all of this goes back to one thing, that being THE chiropractic philosophy, hence our tag line!

Dr. Carey Pabouet-Sigafoose

Dr. Carey Sigafoose, a chiropractor and speaker, is the youngest son of Dr. James Sigafoose. During his life, Dr. James Sigafoose devoted his time to speaking worldwide about chiropractic philosophy. After his father’s passing, Dr. Carey decided to continue the legacy of educating chiropractors.

He digitized much of his father’s work, and created an online store, Sigafoose.com, so anyone could access the incredible information his father had provided throughout the years. From there, SigTalks, a chiropractic podcast was born.
